I had a few of these blue dream vans on the cards and this is the nicest condition card I had. Unpunched card, car looks to be in nm shape inside the blister, nice tampos, with a nice bright base. Blister is in great condition with no breaks or cracks and firmly attached. The card has more of a purple tint than a darker blue, which is a nice variation. See photos for condition.
