Each model in this second production features Broadway Limited's newest Paragon4 Sound/DC/DCC control system with Rolling Thunder technology and integral GoPack capacitor packs for reliable electrical pick-up. Individually controllable lights include headlight, rear light, numberboard lights, front and rear classification lights, rotary beacon and ditch lights where appropriate, and cab light. Road-specific detail options ensure prototypical accuracy for each railroad, including truck sideframes, dynamic brake hatches, open and closed fan types, short and long hood detail arrangements, high short hood option where accurate, horn and bell placement, multiple pilot types, cut lever types, MU receptacle arrangements, sunshade options, antenna placement, wind deflector type, and rotary beacon location.
