Got this out of a storage unit buy turned on and it hummed,  so I turned blades with my finger and it took off easily. Blades turn smooth. Motor looks dusty. Needs a cleaning,  how you get it is how I found it,  be a cool piece for movie scene or just if you like that era. What you see in pictures is what you get
