Its one-way mirror quality greatly depends on the lighting conditions, working to give intended privacy during the daytime only when the sunlight makes the outside much brighter than the inside. The mirror-effect will be reversed at night since the inside will be brighter than the outside if you have lights on in your house. The One Way Mirror film is extra dark and very reflective and helps reduce cooling costs during the summer through effective heat rejection.
