This was the Italian Air Force's first all-metal, retractable-gear monoplane fighter, first flying in 1937.

When it entered service, it was widely recognized as highly maneuverable and considered one of Italy's best fighters. However, by the outbreak of World War II, it was outdated and struggled against British and other aircraft.

Some aircraft were exported to Finland, where they fought against the Soviet Union.

The kit is primarily composed of 3D-printed parts, and includes vacuum-formed canopy parts and etched parts such as landing gear covers.

Decals are included for both the Italian and Finnish Air Force versions.

Note: This kit was produced using a suspended 3D printer, so support removal and other procedures are required for assembly.

Due to the extremely fine components, we recommend using advanced tools such as ultra-precision thin-bladed nippers and precision tweezers.

Due to manufacturing reasons, there may be surface defects due to layer unevenness or air bubbles. Please make any repairs using the same method as for general resin kits.
Kit type: 3D printed model (UV resin) + etched parts
Assembly difficulty: ☆☆☆★★
