You are purchasing a what I believe to be a Victorian Era to maybe early 20th century Bliss Mosher Folding Doll House. The antique is in used condition.
She measures about a foot tall, ten inches wide and about seven inches deep. The house comes on its own base with toggles to hold it in place. The front right of the top has a small piece of wood to turn and keep the front of the home closed. The balcony, columns, gutter, and chimney are all wood.
The Bliss style lithographs are holding pretty well on the interior, floor section, and roof. There is some flaking on the outside of the house. There is dirt and some water/wet staining present throughout.
If you look at the right of the house (or left in the pictures) the top has a slight bend/curve at the gable. The roof section sits on top fine, but it does look a little cockeyed. Also included are some paper doll house cut outs. I have no idea if they are original but am including them with the house.
I will insure the parcel at my cost and take care with packaging to avoid issues in transit. Item purchased from an estate. My home is smoke free but I have a pet.
Thanks for looking!
