Gibson 1960s J-45 Original Adjustable Saddle - Ebony

This "1960s J-45 Original Adjustable Saddle" faithfully reproduces the original specifications of the 1960s. It inherits the specifications of that era, including a large pickguard, adjustable saddle bridge, and plastic button tuners.

The sound is characterized by a powerful, solid low end and a crisp, edgy tone. It boasts a unique and distinctive sound, characteristic of the J-45 adjustable model, showcasing the guitar's unique sound character. Because it lacks a pickup, it's lightweight and exceptionally comfortable to hold. The neck grip has a round shape, providing a comfortable, moderately firm grip, and the precise setup with the adjustable saddle ensures both high playability and a powerful tone.

The guitar has been carefully serviced after arrival. The strings have been changed, the neck has been adjusted, and the string height has been adjusted. It's set up with D'Addario EJ16 (12-53 gauge) strings, with a height of 2.5mm at the 12th fret of the 6th string and 2.0mm at the 12th fret of the 1st string. The neck is almost perfectly straight, with no buzzing and excellent playability. The truss rod has been checked and has ample range of motion. The entire guitar has been cleaned, resulting in a finish that preserves its texture and character.

This is a newer model, arrived in 2023s, and is in relatively good condition. There is one noticeable scratch on the shoulder area of ​​the body side, a scratch near the elbow on the body top, and some minor scratches throughout, but there is no major damage.
