This is a never worn, pre-owned retirement watch for 15 years service to a local government.  Non-chronograph mechanical mechanism.  Stainless steel construction, watch face still has plastic protective cover attached.  Large display for easy of use.  Band is stainless steel with gold highlights.  No visible flaws to case, bezel or band.
