The warranty does not cover physical damage, including but not limited to drops, misuse, liquid exposure, or normal battery wear and degradation over time.

If you experience a covered issue, I will gladly assist by repairing or replacing the phone when possible, or by offering a prorated refund at no cost to you.

If the phone is still covered under the original manufacturers warranty, all applicable issues must first be handled through the manufacturer until that warranty expires. IMEI-related issues are fully covered by me regardless of manufacturer warranty status.

Shipping

All items are shipped the same or next business day. Excludes Weekends and Holidays. Shipping times are only estimates and may vary.

We can NOT change your shipping address once the purchase has been made. Please make sure you have the correct shipping address at checkout when making the purchase.

All international shipping is done through the eBay Global Shipping Program. All shipping fees and import charges are paid up front to eBay.

Express mail is 1-2 business days on average. Does not guarantee next day. There are no refund for shipping if an item does not arrive on time. This is out of my hands.

Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

New items must be returned in the same condition as sold - brand new and unused. Otherwise a restocking fee may apply in accordance with eBay's return policy.

NO partial refunds will be given for an item. If there is a problem, you must return the item for a refund.

Parts or Repair phones are NOT eligible for returns. NO EXCEPTIONS!

The same item in the same condition must be returned (serial number must match). All accessories must be included. If the wrong item is returned or an item is missing, the buyer will be reported to eBay and law enforcement.

A full refund will be given for a defective item. Items must be shipped within 3 business days after a return label is issued for the item, otherwise it is subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Refunds are typically given within 1-2 business days once the item is received.
