Shipping

We ship via FedEx, DHL, Japan Post, or SpeedPAK with tracking.

Orders will be shipped within our handling time after payment is confirmed.

International Buyers - Customs & Duties

For U.S. Buyers

For items under $2500, import duties are already included in the product price and shipping fee.
You do not need to pay any additional duties. Please buy with confidence.

Orders over $2500 USD may be subject to additional duties or fees charged by US Customs.

For EU Buyers

For orders up to 150 EUR, import duties and VAT are already included in the price, so you can buy with confidence.
For orders over 150 EUR, any customs duties and taxes will be the buyer's responsibility.

For Other International Buyers

Except for the specific conditions above, import duties and taxes are generally not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 60 days after the item arrives.
If the return shipping is requested due to a problem with the item, we will cover the return shipping cost.

However, if there is no issue with the item and the return is requested due to the buyer's personal reasons, the buyer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.
