This is a vintage Royal Doulton figurine titled 'The Balloon Man', HN1954.   It  measures approx. 7.5 inches high and features a seated male figure, a balloon seller, holding a bunch of balloons.   Introduced in 1939, now retired, it was designed by Leslie Harradine.  I see no cracks, chips or crazing, overall in excellent condition, nice and colorful.   Made in England.  Great gift or Christmas idea!  Check out my other items!  SORRY, I NO LONGER WILL SHIP TO ITALY!
