Vintage Hornby acHO Passenger Train Set, Loco & 2 Coaches, Original Box, RARE

Item may have been played with some time ago but I am unsure, items may show signs of wear and tear such as marks, scrapes, dings, usage etc but nothing I can really see or pinpoint, all items looks great for their age. The box shows signs of wear and tear such as marks, scrapes, dings, creases, peeling etc but displays and holds the models well. Please study the photos to gauge condition for yourself, the photos form an important part of the description.

Unsure of exact age could be late 1940's or 1950's

Box size approx 41cm x 23cm
10 Lengths of track with it, some of the pieces of track have broken off (see photo 19)
I also noticed a loose spring in the box, I have no idea if this belongs to the train but it's included
Photo 16 close up shows the plastic bit on the front is hanging off, will need fixing or replacing
Untested, I have no way of testing this so is being sold as untested and may require some attention to get up and running
Looks in very good condition for it's age

These models are well made with brilliant detail

Very collectable, rare and hard to find especially with original box

The item pictured is what you will receive

It would make a brilliant addition to collection or a perfect start to one
