This HP Agilent Keysight 8590A / Opt: 021 Spectrum Analyzer (10kHz-1.5GHz) powers up, initializes, responds to controls, selects / detects and displays input with a good quality display BUT frequency is off by approximately 7MHz with 100MHz input (no external ref input capability), amplitude jumping about 8db high and unsteady waveform during internal cal procedure (no other testing performed). Power cord not included.
This item is in otherwise good physical condition and is being sold on an AS IS basis.
