International Buyers (using forwarding services in Miami, FL / Wilmington, DE, etc.): Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs back to the U.S. No partial refunds will be issued for claims of damage, missing items, or non-delivery if tracking shows the item is delivered. Shipping
