Shifting menopause. Face yourself, express your rich femininity, and overcome it!

From menopause to senior years, various physical and psychological symptoms are more likely to appear. The mental state, vitality, and motivation become more sensitive and delicate than before — it is a shifting generation. Even when doing good things like diet, exercise, and sleep for health, you may wonder, “Where does this indescribable physical and mental imbalance come from?” and “Who am I really?” Did you know there is homeopathy useful for menopausal women? Even if you don’t fully understand homeopathy theory, you might sense it with your now more sensitive body and mind. Postmenopausal life spans are longer now. Rather than thinking, “I’m old now,” or “No one understands this suffering,” don’t give up — why not try homeopathy with curiosity? It creates a chance to rethink yourself from a different perspective about physical and mental states that are difficult to resolve with medicine or psychological counseling. When you discover a new way to face yourself, your awareness and lifestyle will also change. The invited instructor this time is Dr. Yukikazu Kiseya, President of the Japan Homeopathy Association. Dr. Kiseya is over 60 years old. He is busy daily with education and lectures on homeopathy and has clinically treated more than 25,000 cases. When listening to Dr. Kiseya speak, one feels that “The best life as a true woman may begin after turning 60.” It gives courage. In the morning, Dr. Kiseya will give a lecture to deepen your awareness and understanding of yourself and help overcome menopause! (Yuriko Tatsuno)
