This fits 98 - 00 OLD BODY STYLE 1500 truck, Suburban, Tahoe, Escalade. with the 27 spline input and 4 button 4x4 switch. This has the auto 4x4 function and fits 4L60E transmission Option NP8.

I see a lot of sellers have this case listed as 98 - 02. I know FOR A FACT that this will only work properly in the old body style trucks with 4.3, 5.0, 5.7, 6.5 or 7.4 engines - WILL NOT FIT TRUCKS WITH 4.8, 5.3, 6.0 engines. It will bolt up, you can drive it and 4HI will work, 4LO WILL NOT. I know because I have done it. CALL ME WITH ANY QUESTIONS ON FITMENT!!!!
