Moon And Star Glass Large Cobalt Blue Carnival Compote.  Marked Weishar on the bottom.  Approximately 6¼ inches wide by 9¾ inches tall.   Excellent condition with no chips or cracks.  All points are excellent.  Air bubbles, straw marks and other manufacturing marks are common and present in this hand made glass.
