YAMAHA SG-800S MB (1982) (no260331)

This is a Yamaha SG-800 from the renowned SG series. Developed in 1976 with Carlos Santana, it follows in the footsteps of the SG-2000 and is a model favored by professional musicians both domestically and internationally.
Based on the pickup serial number, it is estimated to be a 1982 model. The color is a cool metallic blue reminiscent of Masayoshi Takanaka's model.
The tone pot features a "Bi-Sound System (coil tap function)" that can be switched with a pull/push operation, allowing for a wide range of sound shaping.
