Since I am a reseller and not a retailer with a store, items listed as new are pre-owned and/or may have shelf-life, but are still not used.  I am not responsible for manufacturer’s defects or quality, so any issue with a new item after opening and/or your use may not be returnable.  Items listed as used vary greatly in terms of condition and functionality.  Items are sold as-is (as shown and as described). My testing of used items is limited to bench-testing.  Certain used items, such as locomotives, may need some routine maintenance (e.g., lubrication, wheel cleaning, etc.). 

I am responsible for the successful delivery of the item as described.  Please have an alternative physical address available if you typically use a USPS PO Box, as some orders will use FedEx or UPS depending on size, weight, and destination.  US shipping only. All orders are provided with tracking information. Please note that USPS packages are not always scanned at the counter, particularly when I drop off packages at a drop site.  Estimated delivery is indicated above and includes my order processing time plus estimated carrier time.  I am not responsible for shipping carrier delay.  I do not offer expedited shipping or guaranteed delivery time.  If the parcel is damaged by the carrier or lost in transit, I will address it but you agree to cooperate with me to file a claim with the carrier.
