The Kelly Safari A/T is an all terrain, all weather tire made for light trucks and SUVs. Kelly offers a 55,000 mile treadwear warranty with this model.

The symmetric, directional tread design and the flat footprint maintain surface contact while the tires are in motion. The tire’s footprint and strong structure increase surface contact at all times, boosting steering responsiveness and driving stability. In other words, the tire increases the steering response time and accuracy to the driver’s commands, while the structure is secured against driving pressure. The shoulder block pattern helps enhance the cornering power by providing extra biting edges.

The tire provides true year-round traction. The detailed tread design and the all weather compound tire compound increase the tire’s grip on the road surface in dry, wet, and winter weather. The detailed tread pattern increases the number of biting edges, gripping the road firmly. The all weather compound improves rubber flexibility in various conditions. The tread’s circumferential grooves actively prevent hydroplaning. They disperse water and slush from below the tire’s footprint, which enhances wet and winter traction. This combination guarantees a secure year-round performance.

The reinforced internal structure and the durable rubber compound upgrade the model’s load durability and damage resistance. The durable compound and the strengthened structure work together to improve the model’s durability. All weather tires receive the three mountain peak and snowflake (3PMS) symbol for their exceptional winter weather performance. They are all season tires with extra winter weather grip, in order to guarantee safer year-round durability. This ensures their true and secure driving ability throughout the year.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
