The Delta Trailcutter AT4S is an all terrain, all season tire manufactured for SUVs and light trucks. Delta offers a 55,000 mile treadwear warranty with this model.

The tire offers great all weather traction. It combines the all season compound and the optimal tread design to boost the dry, wet and winter weather grip on the road surface. The durable compound maintains the rubber flexibility in various temperatures, which keeps the tire pliable in different weather conditions. The tread's detailed staggered elements and high siping design improve the grip on the road surface with additional biting edges. The high void ratio enhances the hydroplaning by channeling water and slush away from the tire's footprint. These elements enable the tire's winter weather performance, and they have earned the tire the three mountain peak and snowflake symbol.

The tread design's larger, staggered tread blocks and wide, zigzag groove placement increasing the all terrain performance. These tread elements help the tire improve the soft, loose and uneven terrain gripping ability. The design increases the surface contact on various terrains, ensuring the tire's forward motion even through deep mud and on loose dirt. These tread elements keep the footprint clean throughout the drive. They eliminate mud and snow and ejects rocks stuck in the tire's footprint. The tread optimizes the surface contact and prevents stone retention during its off-road performance.

The tread design also boosts the controllability. The ideal tread block placement enhances the surface contact throughout the drive, which increases the steering responsiveness and the driving stability. In this manner, the steering becomes faster and more precise in its response to the driver's commands, while the structure is secured against the driving pressure affecting the model. The tread's shoulder block placement improves the cornering as well. The Trailcutter AT4S upgrades the load durability. The tire's reinforced internal structure manages to keep the ideal tire shape under the load and driving pressure. As the tire maintains the optimal shape and does not deform under heavy loads, it is able to boost the load carrying and withstanding ability. These tread elements boost the load capacity throughout the performance, increasing the driving safety.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
