OVERVIEW

The Airloc P301 is an all season tire made for lawn mowers and garden tractors.

The ribbed tread pattern and the special silica compound enhance the tire's traction on soft, loose, and uneven terrains. The ideal tread pattern firmly grips the surface with extra biting edges and keeps forward motion at all times. Also, the optimized tread elements manage to maintain a clean footprint for better contact with the driving surface. At the same time, the ideal tread design and its soft traction reduce the damage on grass and turf surfaces, offering a turf-friendly driving experience.

The optimized tread elements and its constant surface contact improve the tire's steering responsiveness and driving stability. In other words, the steering response time is faster and more precise to the driver's commands, while the structure is secured against driving pressure. The rounded shoulders and their close contact with the driving surface boost cornering and maneuvering. These elements ensure the tire's safe driving experience while the driver has full control over the vehicle.

The Airloc P301 promotes excellent all weather traction. The ribbed tread design and the all season compound enhance the tire's dry, wet, and winter-weather traction. In this manner, the tread pattern follows the surface at all times, while the all season compound keeps the rubber flexible in changing temperatures.

This is a bias ply tire. Due to the tire's internal construction and size, it is possible that the tire will look deformed. Smaller bias ply tires do not have reinforced constructions that can keep the tire from deforming. The bias construction and the small tire's non-reinforced internal structure allow the tire to fold in when it is deflated or not properly inflated. This is not constructional damage or an issue; it is a normal occurrence with such tires. In such cases, the tire needs to be mounted and inflated to the proper PSI or, in some instances, an inner tube needs to be added. The proper PSI and the inner tube are able to maintain the tire's ideal shape, preventing the bias plies from looking deformed. This ensures their performing safety and durability.

This specific tire model features a BIASED ply construction.

There might be discrepancies of sizes between brands and models of tires which have this size formatting. As the manufacturers only provide the tire width and the rim diameter with these tires, various brands and models will have size differences. In order to ensure the correct size is purchased, the overall tire diameter that is needed should be checked.

The Overall Diameter or O.D. advertised represents the tire's overall diameter in inches, once the tire has been properly inflated and mounted per the manufacturer's recommendation. This advertised number is provided to Priority Tire by the tire manufacturer.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
