Vintage Rolex Air-King Date, with its original early/ rare silver alternate Arrowhead and baton hour markers on gloss black dial ( This configuration is only found on these early issue watches ) along with original pencil hands, movement etc, all in good condition. The watch ref. 5700 is dated to 1966. This classic Rolex sports watch has a stainless steel oyster strap with a silver tone, a black dial with alternate Arrowhead and baton indexes, a date window at 3 o'clock and a 35mm silver polished stainless steel case. The watch is equipped with a date indicator, a self-winding Swiss movement, and is water-resistant up to 100m. With a hidden fold clasp closure and adjustable wrist size, this Rolex Air-King is a classic timepiece suitable for all of life's adventures and activities, making it a must-have for watch enthusiasts.

This watch is 60 years old and will have small signs of use commensurate with age and wear.
I took it in for a pre listing check up (pictured). Timographer confirmed movement is keeping pretty good time for its age.

Very unusual to still have all its original parts. Dial, hands etc, as these would usually have been changed out by Rolex through the 1970s and 80s during service for new/ current parts if anything was not tip top at the time. A lovely example, that with care should serve the next owner well for the next 60 plus years.
