This is a nice vintage late 1920's early 1930's Elgin Vanity powder box and comb set in leather sleeve, black enameled. The rouge is pretty much all gone but you could always try sending it in for a refill to Clarice Jane. There is no missing enamel, there is a light spot reflection in the main photo.
