🧿Authentic Uzbek ikat (adras) fabric, handcrafted by skilled artisans in Margilan — the historic heart of silk and textile production in Uzbekistan. (119)

This beautiful cotton adras features deep indigo blue tones with traditional ikat patterns inspired by ancient symbols and motifs rooted in Zoroastrian culture. Each piece carries the signature “blurred” or cloud-like pattern created through a complex resist-dyeing technique applied to warp threads before weaving.

âś” 100% cotton (adras)
âś” Handwoven using traditional ikat technique
âś” Origin: Margilan, Uzbekistan
âś” Width: 37 cm/14.6"

🧿 If you purchase more than one piece, you will receive a continuous, uncut length of fabric.

🧿 Important note about authenticity:
Due to the traditional ikat production process, the pattern repeat occurs approximately every 2–2.2 meters. Between repeats, you may notice a subtle zigzag transition line — this is a natural technological feature of handwoven ikat and a true sign of its authenticity, not a defect.

Ikat is a centuries-old textile art known for its vibrant colors, cultural symbolism, and eco-friendly production methods. Today, Uzbek ikat is highly valued in global fashion and interior design.

Each fabric is unique due to the handmade process — slight variations are part of its authentic charm.
