This cosy coat is made from a lovely vintage wool blanket in a blue check. It is lined with a fabric from two pre-loved cotton shirts – one check, one striped. The jacket features a hood and two front pockets trimmed with an abstract braid and fastens with three front buttons.

General Information:
The Pixie Pea Coat is a generously sized, boxy style coat. It is designed to be roomy enough to be worn over layers.
I use a mix of pre-loved and new fabrics and trims to make each item individually unique. Some coats are made with pure wool vintage blankets, while others are made from fibre blends or wool-free fabrics.
NOTE: The sizes are generous with ample wearing ease and may NOT necessarily be typical ready-to-wear sizing you might expect. The sleeves are designed to be long – they can be folded up into a cuff and turned down as the child grows.
Check the child’s measurements against the approximate measurements in the size chart photo to get the best fit. Please note finished sizes may vary slightly due to the variation in fabrics used (some have more give etc), so please check the specific measurements provided for each specific item listed.
