For fit reference my dress form is a size small and 34B-27-36 with 14" shoulders. This dress fits perfectly as in there is not extra room with these measurements. This dress will fit you if you measure smaller but not larger.

Armpit to Armpit 18"
Across Waist 15"
Hips 17.5"
Shoulder to Hemline 46"
Shoulders Seam to Seam 16" (has shoulder pads)
