Keyluck accepts PAYPAL only. Buyer must have a valid Paypal account linked on ebay in order to be able to check out.

- Keyluck will ship within 3 business days (does not include weekends or holidays) upon receipt of payment. 

- Keyluck is not responsible for shipments which are delayed due to invalid information or causes beyond the control of our carriers.

- All orders will be shipped by UPS Ground or USPS to the 48 contiguous States with valid business or residential address only, no exceptions. 

- We normally do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO address, but only on customer's request. Contact us to get an extra shipping cost quote. 

- No shipping on weekends or holidays.

- If the product is defected or damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt. 

- You must return everything in the same condition we shipped it including plastic wrapping. 

- Keyluck will refund you the full price of the defective item excluding the shipping costs (No restocking fees) once we received the item. 

- You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. 

- International shipment may be subjected to custom fee depending on the importing country.

- International shipping cost does not include the custom duty fee. 

- International buyers are responsible for paying custom duty fee upon receiving the package.   

- Please check with your country's custom office regarding custom duty fee.

- Keyluck preferred method of contact is email only.

- Keyluck does not work on Saturdays, Sundays & holidays.
