This is a buffalo horn comb made by shaving buffalo horns, which does not generate static electricity. You can see patterns resembling growth rings of the horn on the handle part. There are slight scratches on the side of the handle tip (these seem to be accidental scratches made during the polishing of the comb and do not affect its use in any way).
