Items can be returned to us within 14 days. If an item is faulty or you believe not as described, please message us and we will try our best to sort it.

We aim to dispatch within 2 working days and ship using Royal Mail or Parcelforce. All items come with a proof of postage or tracking number and will normally be sent second class. Payments through PayPal within 3 days of purchase. Cash & Card Payments on collection will be accepted for larger items and items can be collected from our Hub located in the inner city of Leicester. Alternatively, we can offer a delivery service within Leicestershire & Rutland for additional charges (Please message us if you require a delivery service)
