This is not in the original factory box although you can tell from the pictures it is brand new. We are selling it there for it's open box it has one small imperfection in it but you can see in the very last photo. It actually looks as if somebody may be stapled something on top of it and maybe the staple dug into the surface of the plastic a little bit other than that the thing is absolutely pristine
