This is a Chinese celebratory envelope (gift money envelope) called a "Hongbao" (紅包). A gold floral pattern is designed in the center, and the top flap features a floral paper-cutting (kirie) design. The flap can be secured by inserting it into a slit located just above the characters in the floral pattern. Apart from the floral pattern area, the design is the same as the "Fuku 42 Kinpuku_Flower Paper-cutting" version. Size: 17.8 × 8.8 cm (about 1 cm longer vertically than a standard Hongbao), comes in a set of 4, thick type (approximately 0.7 mm thickness). It's large enough to hold a Japanese 10,000 yen bill or a Chinese 100 yuan bill without folding. Since there are no printed characters, it can be used for any occasion.
