· Each slab is meticulously wrapped and shipped in a suitably sized box to ensure its protection during transportation.
· To guarantee optimal protection while shipping, raw books are placed in bags, boarded, carefully wrapped, and shipped in appropriate packaging.
· Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days after payment has cleared, unless stated otherwise.
· If any scratches or broken pieces are noticed, they will always be disclosed in the listing.
· Shipping is available within the United States, with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska.
· Combined shipping is available. To receive an updated shipping cost, please request a combined invoice in your cart or contact us before making payment. If you place an additional order and the original item hasn't shipped yet, we can also issue a partial refund for the extra shipping charge and combine all items into a single shipment. · Due to the fact that many CGC slabs, especially those produced after 2016, exhibit "Newton Rings," which is a purely cosmetic rainbow-like effect resulting from the contact between the outer plastic and the inner well, but which does not affect the book itself, the Newton Rings are not typically mentioned unless they are particularly noticeable. However, if Newton Rings are a concern, please inquire before purchasing so the severity (if any) can be discussed and described as accurately as possible.
· Major slab imperfections or damaged components (e.g., broken pieces or cracks) will be clearly disclosed if identified during inspection.

· To qualify for a replacement or refund, damaged items must be returned.
· To qualify for a refund, factory-sealed products must be kept in their original, unopened condition. If damage is evident within a sealed package, please provide a photograph of the damage without opening the seal and initiate the return process accordingly.
· If an item is returned due to a change of mind, having found a better price, or other personal reasons not attributable to the seller, the buyer shall be responsible for all shipping costs, and the original shipping fee (if applicable) will not be refunded. In cases where the item is received damaged, both the original shipping fee and the return shipping cost will be refunded.
