Are the socks machine washable?
A : Yes , Hand Wash is the best choice , if machine wash, please put it into washing bag.

Socks only heats for about 30 minutes then went off when i first use it.
A: Since mostly batteries did not with full charge ,so please charge it around 3 hours once you get it .
