After communications, if you are not satisfied with this transaction unfortunately, you might need refund/returning and replacement:

All returned items MUST be in the original packaging and you MUST provide us with tracking number, reason for the returning, and your eBay ID.

We will refund YOUR FULL AMOUNT, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included, AFTER BOTH buyer and seller cancel the transaction from eBay. OR, you may choose to have a replacement.
