Excellent condition, no dings or dents, perfectly working order genuine vintage Leica Leitz Wetzlar Germany lens hood IROOA / 12571J, complete with original lens hood cap 14033.

Some cosmetic signs of use - a few, light rub marks on casing (however visible mainly when tilting the hood towards a source of light), but nevertheless ina  very clean condition for an item of this vintage.
