1. Please use the holder on hard, flat surfaces only. Avoid uneven, cracked, curved, or soft leather surfaces. If the surface depresses when pressed by hand, do not use it—examples include soft sofas, car seats, etc. 2. When not in use, cover the suction cup with the included round paper or attach it to another flat surface. If needed, rinse the suction cup with water and let it air dry to restore its stickiness. For new holders: Avoid using directly on car screens initially, as the suction cup's extreme stickiness may make removal difficult. We recommend using the holder on other surfaces first to slightly reduce its initial stickiness before applying it to a car screen. 4. The nano adhesive on the suction cup alone cannot secure the holder. Rotate the swivel ring clockwise to its maximum position to lock the holder in place. To release, rotate the ring counterclockwise and use the two protruding release tabs to detach the holder.
