Headset only - no controllers or USB cable/charger. Memory size unknown as unit has been factory defaulted. It does work, I was able to charge it and power it on but I did not download the app and set it up.
The headband is a little dirty/discolored and there is a tear in the rubber around one of the eyepieces - see pictures.
