In good working condition. It does make noise when a video changes scenes or when the video is transitioning from the main DVD menu to the actual content. I've added a video but it's a bit difficult to hear the noise over the fan. It sounds like the lens is autofocusing, but the unit does not have that feature.
Also, not sure if the bulb hours are correct - seems like a lot for one bulb. Bulbs are available here on ebay for a pretty reasonable price.
It does need a new filter - also available here on ebay. I've included the remains of the previous filter so one knows what to replace it with.
No box, manual, remote, connecting cables, etc. I will include a long power cord (approximately 8').
