Keep all of the original packaging from your order until I let you know its okay to throw it out. That means the box, all of the packaging materials, the shipping label and the item that is broken. Do not throw away any of these items or we can not move forward with a claim. 3.) Please send photographs of the all sides of the box 4.). Please send photographs of the shipping label on the box. This is important because it shows that the shipment that I have insured is what you received that is damaged. 5). Please send photos of the broken item. I will do everything I can to handle the claim for you. However, my hands are tied if any of these items are not available for proof of the damaged shipment.
Again, these are unfortunate, rare occurrences but with proper documentation, I can offer you, the buyer, the protection you deserve.
