Can you spot the jewel ?!

Unfortunately due to the enameling, GIA is not able to confirm the gold content (metal purity was not able to be determined), so they were only able to determine that the pearl was genuine.

How-ever if you google A.J. Hedges & Co, you will see that other than platinum all of their jewels are 14K gold.

Lovely Art Nouveau 1900  14K Gold Enamel Pearl Apple Cherry Blossom Flower AJ Hedges Pendant Brooch Pin 🌸 Fully hallmarked 14K with the H letter, where the 14 is within the upper portion of the letter H and K within the lower portion which stands for 14K gold composition with the A.J. Hedges & Co. H logo on the reverse C catch of the pin. The brooch pin was created circa 1896-1915 when they were still located on 14th John St. New York, NY. Weighs approximately 2.6 grams. Approximately 1.58 to 1.62 cm (9.7/16 to 10/16 of an inch) in diameter or or from edge of one petal to edge of opposing two petals. Exquisitely designed to resemble either an apple or cherry blossom, which ever you love more? The details are lovely, no ? The enamel mostly intact makes it an even rarer find !
