This pin from 2009 from Disney Movie Rewards was offered to members to commemorate the release of the Pixar feature "Up" on DVD and Blu-ray.  It is a replica of the Grape Soda bottle cap badge from the movie, even including an attached safety pin.  It comes on a black foam square in its own cardboard box as pictured.  The edition size is unknown.  See PinPics #74902 for more details.
