VRHTF NHRA RACE USED PISTON & ROD WITH A CUSTOM-MADE WRIST PIN.

Here is an opportunity to own a piece of NHRA history. The rod and piston were competition used in a NITRO METHANE TOP FUEL OR FUNNY CAR and now make a great display /conversation piece with a quartz clock. 


Included in the Auction: 

 

Don Schmacher Racing (DSR) NHRA NITRO Methane billet aluminum CONNECTING ROD with CP CARRILLO RACING PISTON, 3-D printed wrist pin and Roman Numeral Quartz Clock.

 

The PISTON:

CP CARRILLO NHRA NITRO Methane CH3N02-1 RACING PISTON with 513868 and DMS-1563-1 stamped on it.

 

The ROD:

Don Schmacher Racing (DSR) rod with 982 etched in one side of the rod and rod end cap at the crank end.  The opposite side of the rod and rod end cap are blank.    

 

The CLOCK:

The quartz clock has been tested and confirmed to work, it requires 1 AAA battery, not included.
