Assigned grades reflect a careful evaluation based on experience and established grading standards; however, as grading involves professional judgment, slight variations between graders are possible.

All items are carefully inspected and securely packaged to ensure safe delivery. Please note that all shipments are insured through the respective shipping provider; in the rare event that a package arrives damaged due to carrier handling, we kindly ask that you contact the carrier directly to initiate the insurance claim.  We will provide assistance with the process to the best of our ability.
