Steinberger Synapse SS-2F Custom -Trans Amber- 2005 (2005) (no260309)

This is a masterpiece from the unique "Synapse" series, released in the 2000s by Steinberger, the pioneer of headless guitars.
This is a 2005 model.
While maintaining the compact body shape that's synonymous with Steinberger, it combines a maple neck-through body with a phenolic fingerboard.
The "Custom" features a flame maple top, showcasing the wood grain for an elegant texture.
The non-tremolo bridge and headpiece allow you to use Steinberger double ball-end strings as well as regular electric guitar strings.
The pickups are a set of EMG active "85 & 81" pickups. They're resistant to noise and feedback and are also capable of handling high-gain sounds.
The warm sound produced by the wood body is also recommended for clean-toned jazz players.
The strap pin holder on the neck side is longer, designed to take balance into consideration when playing while standing, allowing for stress-free playing.
There are some signs of use such as scratches and damaged parts.
About 80% of the frets remain, and the truss rod is currently set all the way in the tightening direction, with the string height set to standard (1.5-2.0mm at the 12th fret).
