The Seiko Lord Marvel was Seiko's first luxury watch.
This particular example is an early model with an engraved dial bearing the S mark.
There are far fewer of these in existence than the first Grand Seiko model, making them extremely valuable as historical documents in the history of Japanese timepieces.
