A vintage lighted star ornament, unmarked but probably from NOMA. The 9" star features a metal front and back base and lucite rays. It has a white bulb inside that works. Changing bulbs on this model is difficult, as all the tabs need to be bent up to release the back. The ornament has a screw-in connector for the old ceramic light fixtures, and a two-prong adapter that allows it to be plugged into any outlet or connected to an extension cord.
If used as a tree topper care would need to be taken to not create a fire hazard as the bulb heats the metal base, though the cutouts on the front of the star release some of the heat. Condition is excellent with no corrosion on the metal and the plastic rays are clean, not all scratched up as is often the case.
