This is a used, light weight flywheel for a 5 speed getrag transmission for the M30 Engine. It was installed in a manual E23 733i but does work on other M30/getrag cars. Its in very nice shape, but with any clutch job, I'd consider getting it machined prior to installation.
This is the sought after Single-mass steel/iron flywheel which weighs nearly 10lbs less than the "heavy weight" flywheel.
