This Stratocaster from Fender Japan, renowned for its exquisite craftsmanship, boasts classic specs.
The surf green color, a bit rare for Fender, contrasts beautifully with the white 3-piece pickguard, making it a stunning stage presence.

The body is made of basswood, often used as an alder substitute, offering lightweight and easy handling, while providing a well-balanced sound.
The single-piece maple neck produces a crisp, clear tone.
The versatility of basswood and the sharpness of maple create a perfect balance, creating a truly standard Stratocaster feel.

The sound is clear, bell-like, and has the sparkling tone of a Stratocaster.
It has a well-balanced tone, similar to a USA vintage guitar, but without being harsh on the ears.
It's not harsh overall, but has a well-balanced sound that's easy to hear, making it versatile for everything from clean to crunch.

The neck is almost straight.
There are small scratches and sun damage to the pickup due to use, but there are few serious dents or dullness on the metal parts, so it is in excellent condition considering its age.
There are no issues with operation or sound.
The strings are .009-.042 gauge and have been adjusted.
The rod remaining is currently OK, and can be tightened or loosened.
The string height is approximately 1.6mm for the 1st string at the 12th fret and approximately 1.8mm for the 6th string.Includes original soft shell case and arm.
