Susan Bates Tunisian Afghan Crochet Hook Tapered Head Vtg 14" long+ BOYE + scovil brands. Bates has a sharp chisel type hook while other hook heads are more rounded. That is the best I can try to describe them.

Plastic case comes with. 

Measures approx: 14 inches long 

Condition: 

May have some scuffs and scratches from use/ vintage condition. Still perfectly useable, and will give years of use.
